Teleac

Within the Forging Identities Project Aarhus’ PhD students had the possibility to participate in a survey in Teleac, Romania this summer as well as visit museums and sights. Teleac is a late Bronze Age fortified hillfort situated in a key location, close to sources of both gold and copper ores. The investigation included geomagnetics, topographic surveying, metal detecting as well as a sondage and gave great results underlining the importance of this site.
