   Practical introductions into different aspects of textile production, based on knowledge from the Roman world and from Roman Iron Age. Held at the

   Historical Archaeological Research and Communication Centre "Land of Legends" (Sagnlandet), organised by the Dress-ID and the study group 6

   Experimental Archaeology in collaboration with the International FLAX Network, the EU Culture Programme "Education and Culture DG", and the

   Danish National Research Foundation's Centre for Textile Research (CTR).

 

June 29-30, 2010: Spinning and weaving in Northern Greece during the Bronze and Iron Age. Archaeological evidence from the

   toumba of Kastanas, Central Macedonia. The 2nd cross-disciplinary workshop of the International FLAX Network, organised by

   the University of Copenhagen, held at Sonnerupgaard Manor, Denmark.

   Education officer in museum didactics in a local archaeological museum, communicating Mesolithic hunter-gatherer societies in East Denmark.

   Freelance translator (from Greek to German) for the Organisation for the Promotion of Greek Culture under the Greek Ministry of Culture, translating

   text for a catalogue on "Mycenaean Greece".

March 2006 – Oct. 2006: EMAGINES Project, German Archaeological Institute, Athens
, Greece.

   Graduate assistant in the EMAGINES project. Digitising the old glass negatives of the photo archive. The project is a cooperation of the German

   Archaeological Institute (DAI) and the Forschungsarchiv für antike Plastik (University of Cologne), subsidised by the German Research Foundation

   Deutsche Forschungsgesellschaft (DFG).

Febr. 2006 – Aug. 2006: Milet Excavation Project, German Archaeological Institute, Athens

   IT co-worker with the Milet Excavation Project. Maintaining the database applied for the archaeological finds from the excavation project.

   Freelance co-worker in the photo archive, maintaining the invaluable and frail negatives from the 1870's and forth.
